PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT, 150 HOMES STATION ROAD, DULLINGHAM
UPDATE MONDAY 11th JANUARY 2021
You may have received a circular from the developers regarding the potential 150 house development near the station and requesting you complete a survey.
We strongly request you “consider not completing it”.
The reason for this is we feel that the questionnaire is so heavily biased to give only a favourable response that it is undemocratic and unreasonable.
If you have completed the survey but have a change of heart please contact Turnstone and ask your response is deleted and you wish them to confirm they have done so.
Dullingham PC are looking to circulate a survey in due course.
Please remember Turnstone Estates are looking to submit a planning application to East Cambridgeshire District Council very soon for a development adjacent to Dullingham railway station.
This will be for 150 homes, however, due to COVID-19 restriction they have decided that an in-person consultation event would not be appropriate.
Instead, they have created a consultation website with exhibition boards containing information about the scheme.
The website is LIVE and can be accessed via
They will also be distributing 500 leaflets on this to all houses in Dullingham plus some additions.
Dullingham Parish Council have had a briefing with the project team to run through their proposal and clearly this WILL have a major impact on the village. Should you make comment on this site or take the survey may the Parish Council ask that you provide us with a copy of any comments you make. You can write to us via the Clerk
email@example.com or you can contact any member of the Parish Council.
The Consultation process ends on 21st January 2021 but the Parish Council have requested an extension for residents to process the information and respond. The request is until 4th February 2021, we are still awaiting confirmation from the developer this is acceptably.
Many thanks in advance Dullingham Parish Council
